Taking inspiration from the great slow oxidation wines, our Jurassique Vidal is barrel-aged for 24 months using the “sous voile” method.
Tasting notes :
On the nose it is rich with notes of candied citrus and tropical fruits, with underlying aromas of walnut, hazelnut, dried flowers, raisins and honey. The palate is lifted by a well-balanced acidity, with great complexity lingering over a long finale.
Serving temperature :
Serve chilled between 8°C and 10°C.
