Frontenac Noir – SOLD OUTIce Wine
The grapes for this ice wine are grown on select parcels of land on the western slope of Mont Yamaska.
Tasting notes :
Grapes are hand-picked in the winter and pressed with care. The result is an intense purple hue with a bouquet of blackcurrant, blueberry jam and dried fruit and a persistently rich, full-bodied texture – an ideal accompaniment for chocolate and dark fruit–based desserts.
